Bettina Rabiega | Chairperson
Bettina is an entrepreneur and business leader with extensive experience in marketing, branding, tourism, and business management. With a background in advertising, aviation and psychology, she brings strategic leadership and strong organisational vision to the board.
Hannetjie Blignaut | Financial Manager
Hannetjie is a qualified accountant working at a professional accounting practice. She oversees the organisation’s financial management, ensuring transparency, accountability, and responsible stewardship of funds.
Marochelle Botha | Medical Advisor (OT)
Marochelle is a qualified Occupational Therapist passionate about early childhood development and supporting children with diverse abilities. Her professional experience and compassionate approach help guide the organisation’s focus on families and children with different needs.
Chantelle Hall | Founder
Chantelle founded Frederick’s Growth Fund after their son Frederick was born with Achondroplasia. Driven by the need for equitable access to treatment and support, she established the organisation to raise awareness, advocate for children with dwarfism, and work toward access to life-changing therapies. Chantelle combines professional expertise with personal determination in guiding the organisation’s mission and growth.
The board brings together experience in healthcare, finance, business leadership, and child development, united by a shared mission. The organisation operates with full transparency and ethical stewardship of all resources.
